"Super easy to use right away"
I downloaded the digital files without any hassle, and they worked perfectly as soon as I opened them. I used them on a few photos and even in my email signature, and everything lined up nicely without me having to tweak much. The download itself was quick and simple too, which I really appreciated.

"Smooth revision process overall"
The revision process was easy, which I really appreciated. The first version wasn’t quite what I needed, so I did have to ask for a few changes. But once those were made, they got it right and the final result turned out well.

"Pretty professional... but kinda slow!!!"
The logo turned out okay overall, and they definitely seemed professional enough!! But the response time was a bit frustrating... I had to wait longer than I expected, which made things feel less smooth than they could’ve been. Not a bad experience at all, just not exactly seamless!!!
